Mayor Norm Brennan said the survey has been designed to assess Council's performance.
"Council is continually looking at how we can improve our service delivery and the information we get from this community satisfaction survey helps us identify where we’re doing well, as well as the areas where improvements can be made," he said.
Residents will be asked to provide feedback on a range of services, as well as Council's overall direction and performance.
The survey is being conducted by the independent market research agency, National Field Services.
"Your household may receive a call from the agency during this period, and these calls may be outside of business hours and on weekends," Cr Brennan said.
"Council will only receive the overall results from the survey company, so rest assured that any personal details and individual responses will remain confidential.
"We appreciate residents taking the time to assist Council with this exercise and provide feedback, and we encourage your participation in the survey should you receive a call."
More information on the survey can be found by contacting Edward River Council's Customer Service Centre.
